I recently celebrated New Year at a hotel near Tottori. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay great. the fact that the hotel offered shuttles to nearby attractions was helpful, especially during the colder winter months. I enjoyed their warm baths, which were relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the view of the surrounding mountains was also breathtaking.

The hotel was a bit too far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore other areas. the meals were a bit expensive for what they offered, but the vegan option was delicious.

Friendly staff, helpful with directions, convenient shuttle bus, enjoyable walk to nearby attractions, peaceful atmosphere, accommodating for dietary restrictions.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, such as printing out a walking route for us without us even asking. The public warm baths were enjoyable, especially since there was no shower in the room. The provided yukatas were comfortable and the dinner was absolutely amazing, with a delicious vegan meal prepared with great local ingredients. The view from our room of the snow-covered mountains was breathtaking.

Great meals, friendly staff, convenient shuttle service

During our recent stay in Tottori, we had the pleasure of experiencing some great meals. The hotel staff were always on hand to deliver excellent service with a smile, and they made our stay very comfortable. we were able to take advantage of the convenient shuttle service to explore the surrounding area.

We did have a slight issue with the room options as there were only two single beds, but they were comfortable enough. However, we did find the price to be a little high considering the hospital-like atmosphere of the toilet and bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint hotel! the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with printed directions without us even asking. the location was a bit out of the way but we enjoyed walking through the nearby park and rice fields. Our vegan dinner was an absolute highlight, made with local ingredients and great care. We were also impressed by the cozy yukatas provided and the beautiful view of the snowy mountains from our room.

Although the hotels were comfortable and clean, the bathroom and toilet had a hospital-like vibe that wasn't quite to our liking.
